Senator Lummis Reintroduces the Bitcoin Act

Senator Cynthia Lummis (R-WY), Chair of the Senate Banking Committee on Digital Assets, has reintroduced The Bitcoin Mining Act, which would codify President Trump’s Executive Order into law.

If enacted, The United States would be directed to purchase an additional 1,000,000 BTC for the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve.
