The Hashpower Platform

Hashpower operates a data center site in Pryor, Oklahoma, within the Mid-America Industrial Park and offers 20 MW for immediate lease, purchase, or joint venture. We also have a non-controlled pipeline of on-grid and behind-the-meter exceeding 3.5 gigawatts.

  • Power is just one piece of the equation these days. Right to operate is now more important than the MW. Hashpower provides both.

  • Mid-America is home to Google’s largest data center worldwide. It’s a world-class location and Hashpower is the only other known data center.

  • 20 MW (±1 MW) of on-grid power immediately available. Substations are built and service is at 13.8 kV. Powered by the Grand River Dam Authority, a non-profit utility at wholesale rates. Costs are competitive with the best in the country.

  • On-site park-owned water treatment facility with the capacity to provide 50 million gallons per day.

  • Fiber is live on-site. Multiple fiber service providers in the park.

  • 40 miles from downtown Tulsa. Three leading institutions working with the park for workforce development - Oklahoma State University, Rogers State University, and Northeast Technology Center. Right-to-work labor force.

  • Hashpower has been operating a bitcoin mine here since 2021.

  • The range is $700,000 - $1.5 million per MW, anchored by Core Scientific’s deal at $1 million per MW just south of us. Range established by:

About the owner

Robert Hefner, V, is a scion of an famous energy family dating back to the world-famous Spindletop oil discovery in 1901. His multi-decade career in energy and power has produced an extensive Rolodex that’s yet to be activated.

He has spent his career finding and closing on land years in advance of the markets. Confidence in the right partner capable of financing at scale will unlock significant expansion opportunity.

3.5 GW Pipeline

The existing uncontrolled pipeline of on-grid and behind-the-meter opportunities available to Hashpower exceeds 3.5 gigawatts in Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico. Over 1 GW of that pipeline is already online and ready to be purchased.
