Hashpower operates a data center site in Pryor, Oklahoma, within the Mid-America Industrial Park and offers 21 MW for immediate sale, recapitalization, or joint venture. The immediate opportunity is the Pryor platform. Future development opportunities, Gigawatts, may be discussed only with qualified parties under NDA.
The site is currently configured for Bitcoin mining but has the core locational and infrastructure attributes required for AI/HPC development: power access, fiber, water, industrial use, and a uniquely streamlined construction environment. Final AI/HPC deployment design would be driven by the partner’s redundancy, cooling, building, and tenant requirements.
Mid-America is home to Google’s largest data center worldwide. It’s a world-class location and Hashpower is the only other known data center.9,000 acres of world-class:

Google’s major presence inside MidAmerica Industrial Park provides third-party validation of the park’s power, water, fiber, workforce, and industrial infrastructure environment. Hashpower’s specific site rights, power position, and transaction structure are available for independent review under NDA.
The recent Lambda announcement at Mid-America only reinforces that point. Lambda’s selection of MAIP, alongside MAIP and GRDA’s public commentary around the park’s land, utility infrastructure, power partnership, and data center suitability, materially validates what Hashpower has believed for years: this is one of the rare places where large-load development can actually happen. That backdrop makes Hashpower’s existing position and expansion strategy more valuable.

Hashpower’s Pryor site benefits from an unusually streamlined industrial framework: Hashpower has completed major site development without municipal building permits or municipal building inspections. Utility interconnection and electrical service remain subject to GRDA standards, utility coordination, and applicable electrical codes.

20 MW (±1 MW) of on-grid power immediately available. Substations are built and service is at 13.8 kV. Powered by the Grand River Dam Authority, a non-profit utility at wholesale rates. Costs are competitive with the best in the country.

On-site park-owned water treatment facility with the capacity to provide 50 million gallons per day.

The market range for powered land is $1 MM - $1.5 MM per MW, anchored by Core Scientific’s deal at $1 million per MW just south of Hashpower in Muskogee, OK. The range is established by:

About the owner
Robert A. Hefner V is a fifth-generation energy heir and first-generation founder/operator of Hashpower.
